Domaine Calmel & Joseph is just five minutes from the Carcassonne motorway exit. Located in the heart of the Occitanie region mid-way between Toulouse and Montpellier, it is a 10-minute drive from Trèbes railway station, and 30 minutes from Carcassonne Airport.

Our four holiday rental properties are suitable for all types of stay and are available year-round. With varying capacities, they can be rented individually or together, accommodating up to 29 people.

The estate is an ideal place to relax, surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery. The apartments are comfortable, fully furnished and equipped, and have access to private terraces, barbecue areas, a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, a balcony with panoramic views, a pétanque court and the estate’s many walking trails.

For business or leisure events, our team is responsive and attentive to your needs. We offer a range of spaces to create a bespoke package: four holiday apartments, a fully-equipped meeting room for 16 people, a tasting area, a marquee accommodating up to 250 people, and a renovated barn.

Our tasting room is open year-round. Visitors can enjoy tasting sessions and purchase our sparkling, white, red, rosé and even orange wines, sourced from the finest appellations of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The tasting room also stocks estate-produced olive oil, garrigue honey, soap and other products.

Visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities, including hiking, electric biking, horse riding, yoga sessions, a swimming pool and sauna, a pétanque court and guided wine tours.
