Each gîte is tastefully decorated and fitted out with high spec equipment and excellent quality bedding. Most have a private terrace for relaxing or enjoying a meal with friends and family, while admiring the countryside and the vineyards surrounding the estate.

In the morning, you will awake to the song of the “Black-eared wheatear”… a small black and white bird typically found throughout the Mediterranean region. Fauna and flora abound in an environment that we respect and preserve. As you explore the estate, you may even spy our beekeeper from Fontiès-d’Aude at work on the Estate’s beehives.

If you hear a “tzac-tzac” or “tchrrek-tchrrek” noise,
it will be the “black-eared wheatear”, a pretty little bird often found on the estate.

After your day out, as the afternoon draws to a close, you can wind down by the pool or in the sauna up in the tower. If you then climb to the top of the tower, with a little luck, you might see wild boar and deer come down from the hills to feed under the olive trees and oaks …

We will of course be delighted to assist you throughout your stay, have you sample our wines and olive oil, and provide information on the many activities available on the estate, in the immediate area, or in the Languedoc region in general.

Special rates are available should you wish to rent the entire estate with family or friends. You would then have 10/11 individual rooms and a mezzanine, with a capacity to sleep up to 29 people, and attendant services.
