This region of Occitanie offers wine and nature lovers an authentic and unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n<h2>The Corbi\u00e8res, an age-old vineyard<\/h2>\n<p>Winegrowing in the Corbi\u00e8res region began with the Greeks (2nd century BC), but took off under the Romans. Despite periods of decline due to invasions and the Albigensian crusade, the vineyard persisted, thanks in particular to the monks in the 7th century. The 20th century was crucial with the founding of the winegrowers&#8217; union (1908), leading to classification as VDQS (1951) and AOC (1985). The Corbi\u00e8res-Boutenac AOC was recognized in 2024. Today, the Corbi\u00e8res AOC is the leading Languedoc appellation in terms of surface area and the 4th\u1d49 largest in France in terms of volume.<\/p>\n<h2>Discover the Corbi\u00e8res: a region rich in history and nature<\/h2>\n<p>The Corbi\u00e8res is much more than a vineyard.
