Domaine Calmel & Joseph is just five minutes from the Carcassonne motorway exit.<\/strong> Located in the heart of the Occitanie region mid-way between Toulouse and Montpellier, it is a 10-minute drive from Tr\u00e8bes railway station, and 30 minutes from Carcassonne Airport.<\/p>\n

Our four holiday rental properties are suitable for all types of stay and are available year-round. With varying capacities, they can be rented individually or together, accommodating up to 29 people.<\/p>\n

The estate is an ideal place to relax, surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery<\/strong>. The apartments are comfortable, fully furnished and equipped, and have access to private terraces, barbecue areas, a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, a balcony with panoramic views, a p\u00e9tanque court and the estate\u2019s many walking trails.<\/p>\n

For business or leisure events, our team is responsive and attentive to your need<\/strong>s. We offer a range of spaces to create a bespoke package: four holiday apartments, a fully-equipped meeting room for 16 people, a tasting area, a marquee accommodating up to 250 people, and a renovated barn.<\/p>\n

Our tasting room is open year-round. Visitors can enjoy tasting sessions and purchase<\/strong> our sparkling, white, red, ros\u00e9 and even orange wines, sourced from the finest appellations of the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The tasting room also stocks estate-produced olive oil, garrigue honey, soap and other products.<\/p>\n

Visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities,<\/strong> including hiking, electric biking, horse riding, yoga sessions, a swimming pool and sauna, a p\u00e9tanque court and guided wine tours.<\/p>\n
